Head Of Legal
We are looking for a Head of Legal for our corporate partner which is operating in renewable energy industry.

Responsible for the effective and consistent management of all legal processes related to the Company's domestic and international operations
Provide legal insight and support to decision-making processes in contractual, financing, and project-based transactions
Work in close coordination with relevant departments in managing risks and evaluating opportunities
Conduct legal assessments related to bank guarantees, credit agreements, and project finance documentation
Draft EPC, sales, and framework agreements; support contract negotiations and manage contractual risks
Evaluate and manage rights and obligations arising from Shareholders' Agreements in line with the Company's long-term strategic objectives
Oversee Articles of Association amendments, general assembly processes, declarations of acceptance of duty, and power of attorney procedures within the legal framework
Assess legal requirements related to foreign company incorporations, export transactions, and country-specific regulations
Analyze applicable law, liability structures, and risk allocation in international contracts
Manage legal work related to Initial Public Offering (IPO) processes
Coordinate legal documentation and corporate records of group companies
Contribute to the assessment of legal risks and structures in investment-, financing-, and growth-oriented projects
Gereklilikler
Bachelor's degree in Law
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience in project finance, EPC contracts, and international commercial agreements
Familiarity with bank guarantee structures and financing agreements
Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
Experience or strong familiarity with IPO processes and corporate governance
Strong representation and communication skills
Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute effectively to decision-making processes
