Pricing Strategic Analysis Executive
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Pricing Strategic Analysis Executive to join a leading global manufacturer of furniture components with a strong international presence.

Develop and manage pricing strategies across products, customer segments and international markets.
Conduct detailed sales, profitability, cost-to-serve and cost structure analyses, identifying improvement opportunities and presenting actionable recommendations.
Lead budgeting and performance analysis across countries, markets and customer segments, monitoring international business performance.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and management reports to support Sales, Marketing and strategic business decisions.
Develop and manage what-if, scenario, trend and forecasting analyses to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
Develop business intelligence reports and analytical tools that provide senior management with clear visibility into business performance.
Analyze product and customer profitability to support commercial, campaign and marketing strategy decisions.
Calculate campaign economics and sales targets, ensuring relevant parameters are accurately reflected in the relevant systems.
Conduct market and competitor analysis, including competitor pricing, budgets, actual performance and forward-looking market assumptions.
Identify pricing risks, margin pressure and market opportunities, translating findings into clear commercial recommendations.
Support the development and evaluation of Sales and Marketing strategies through robust financial and quantitative analysis.
Provide analytical support for B2B platforms, product positioning and product launches.
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and other key functions to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and financial outcomes.
Work closely with the General Manager, Executive Committee and Board of Directors, providing comprehensive analyses, business insights, scenarios and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Act as a trusted analytical and commercial partner to senior leadership, challenging assumptions and providing an objective, data-driven perspective on business performance.
Maintain strong command of day-to-day business details while connecting operational data to the broader strategic picture, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline; MBA is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, cost analysis, planning, profitability analysis or strategic business analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in a similar position within a production or industrial company is strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of BI and data analytics tools is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Exceptional numerical, analytical and financial intelligence, with the ability to connect different data points and identify the underlying business story.
Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of the relationship between pricing, costs, volumes, revenues and profitability.
Ability to design analytical models for scenario planning, forecasting and target setting.
Strong ability to develop creative assumptions, hypotheses and recommendations and translate them into actionable analysis.
Ability to move seamlessly between attention to detail and strategic thinking, maintaining a clear understanding of the bigger picture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong executive presence and confidence in presenting complex financial and business information to senior management, Executive Committee and Board-level stakeholders.
Self-confident, independent and comfortable working under time pressure and with a high level of responsibility.
